As a musician you have to deal with stress and sometimes also with worries and fears. Whether it's strong stage fright or even performance anxiety, the pressure to perform while recording, or stress that's caused by financial or existential issues.For some musicians, stress can be an additional driver for peak performance, for others it is a heavy burden and the long-term dues of permanent stress are now well known.In this workshop we will talk about strategies and methods to deal better with stress and anxiety, how to calm down and focus on relaxation techniques, what are the methods to prevent high levels of stress and what can I do if there are stress-related errors and blackouts.
