In a continued collaboration with Haus der Kulturen der Welt, Music Pool Berlin invites applications to a workshop in November: And what if we did everything differently? The aim of this 2-day workshop is to rethink copyright and related frameworks for music, using a blank paper approach. What would be the perfect conditions for a diverse and vibrant music culture to flourish? Musicians, composers, legal scholars, academics, activists and everyone interested are invited to join (s. call for participation).

The participants will be selected based on a proven interest in the topic and with a view to group diversity. It is only possible to participate in the workshop if you can commit to both days (Nov 20-21, 2019).
