Susanne Geisler is a Berlin-based lawyer, composer, songwriter and author. In 2011, she gives up her profession to pursue her love for music to start working for a Berlin concert agency, where she organized and supervised film projects and concerts for the young neo-classical composer scene (including Nils Frahm, Dustin O'Halloran) in Berlin. In 2012 she starts working for British film composer and post-minimalist Max Richter, manages several film & music projects (including HBO TV series The Leftovers - Season 1, 2015; Escobar - Paradise Lost, 2014; Album Production (Vivaldi 4 Seasons - Recomposed, 2012; Sleep, 2015) and co-ordinates international concerts (eg Royal Albert Hall, 2014). Her job took her backstage from Germany's Next Top Model as well as to Grammy nominated video productions with world star WOODKID. Since 2016 she works as a freelance composer and author in Berlin. She is one of the few musicians with synesthesia, a neurological phenomenon in which the color area of the brain is simoultaneously activated by listening to music. Under her stage name Kaleidoscope of Colors she has specialized in the composition of pieces based on colors and shapes. For the German online magazine EditionF she regularly writes about creativity, high sensitivity and synesthesia and also advises professionals such as musicians, designers or book authors in this regard.
