Todays touring budgets have changed the way that tours are planned and carried out. Many tour-engineers, or other technical crew, find that they are facing double-assignments these days in order to compete.
This two-part course will cover the most important aspects of tour-management geared towards tour-crew who find themselves thrown into the position of doubling up as a TM. Various procedures and documents will be addressed and presented with explanations of real-life situations, spiced up with some of the madness encountered on a real tour.
