What makes a Music Pool Berlin expert... an expert? In the case of Melissa, is her over 20 years of experience in booking and events organization. 

Melissa is well known  personality in the Berlin music scene: apart from being a consultant at Music Pool Berlin, she's one of the founders of We Make Waves, a networking platform, a resource, and a presenter for women, trans and non-binary people working in the music industry. Beyond its year-long activities, WMW hosts a three-day festival and conference which brings leading international artists and experts to Berlin. Next to her work for We Make Waves, Melissa also helps with her expertise and know how to the organization of Torstrassen Festival, is part of the board of the music think tank all2gethernow and runs her own event series M:Soundtrack.
